Terms of Service
1. General Provisions
The General Terms and Conditions outlined herein form a binding agreement between Europe Wonder (hereinafter referred to as "Company") and the Client. These terms govern all travel packages and services organized under the Company's brand, including those offered via its online platform at https://europewonder.com/. By purchasing or reserving a package or service, the Client accepts these Terms and Conditions. Where specific terms of a particular offer deviate from these General Terms, the specific terms take precedence.
The Client includes any individual who makes a valid reservation or purchase with Europe Wonder. These Terms are accessible on the Company's website and are presumed accepted upon reservation or purchase.
2. Reservations and Payments
All reservations for travel packages offered by the Company must be made online via the official website. Upon booking, the Client enters into a legally binding travel agreement, which also serves as confirmation of the reservation. The agreement outlines the details of the package or refers to the specific offer description available on the website.
Reservation Requirements:
The Client must provide accurate and complete information during the booking process and assumes full responsibility for any costs or consequences arising from incorrect or incomplete details.
Payment Terms:
Reservations require full payment of the package cost or the deposit amount specified in the offer. Payments can only be made via credit card, Stripe link, or PayPal. Cash payments are not accepted. The date of payment is considered the date when the Company receives the payment.
3. Cancellation by the Client
The Client has the right to cancel their reservation at any time before the start of the package by notifying the Company via email or phone. However, cancellation fees apply as follows:
- More than 60 days before departure: 30% of the package price.
 - 59 days to 1 working day before departure: 100% of the package price.
 - No-show: 100% of the package price.

Cancellation fees are calculated based on the total package cost. Refunds for cancellations will be issued after deducting applicable fees.
4. Cancellation by the Company
The company reserves the right to cancel the arrangement if the minimum required number of participants for arrangements lasting less than two days is not reached 5 days before the start of the trip. The company may also cancel or change packages due to unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances, such as unforeseen natural disasters.
In such cases, the Company will:
- Notify the Client promptly.
 - Offer a full refund of all payments made under the agreement (except in force majeure situations).

5. Client Responsibilities
Documentation:
The Client must ensure that all travel documents, including passports and visas, are valid and comply with the destination's entry requirements. The Company is not responsible for denied entry or other issues arising from non-compliance.
Conduct:
Clients are expected to adhere to local laws and the instructions of guides and Company representatives. Any behavior that endangers the safety, comfort, or enjoyment of others may result in exclusion from the package without refund.
Lost Documents:
If the Client loses essential travel documents, they must bear the costs of obtaining replacements. The Company cannot refund or compensate for disruptions caused by such incidents.
6. Notifications and Communications
The Company will send important pre-departure information to the Client's registered email address at least six days before the departure date. If the Client does not receive this information, they are responsible for contacting the Company promptly. The Company is not liable for any damages resulting from incorrect contact details provided by the Client.
7. Liability and Limitations
Company Liability:
The Company is not liable for losses, injuries, or damages resulting from factors beyond its control, including but not limited to force majeure events, accidents, or actions of third-party service providers.
Third-Party Services:
The Company acts as an intermediary for certain services. Clients must address any complaints or disputes regarding third-party services directly with the provider.
Client Responsibility:
Clients are responsible for damages or losses caused by their actions and must settle any resulting claims directly with the affected parties.
8. Amendments and Changes
By the Client:
Changes to bookings after confirmation are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. The Company reserves the right to refuse or charge for last-minute changes.
By the Company:
The Company may modify itineraries, routes, or services if necessary to enhance the Client's experience or address unforeseen issues. Clients will be notified promptly, and alternative arrangements of equivalent value will be provided whenever possible.
9. Force Majeure
In the event of government restrictions or extraordinary circumstances (e.g., COVID-19), the Company will offer affected Clients the option to:
- Reschedule their travel dates at no extra charge.
 - Receive a refund, minus administrative and booking fees.

10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, the Client and the Company agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter amicably and out of court. If no mutual resolution is reached, Slovenian law shall apply, and the exclusive place of jurisdiction shall be the court in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
The Company does not recognize any alternative dispute resolution entities for handling consumer complaints.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
The Company is committed to protecting Client data. All information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purposes of fulfilling travel arrangements and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.
12. Final Provisions
